These are the nearby airports (and travel time to the venue)
* KIX Kansai International Airport (90 minutes)
* ITM Osaka Itami Airport (60 minutes) - only domestic
* UKB Kobe Airport (30 minutes) - mostly domestic
From KIX or ITM airport, you can take a limousine bus bound for Kobe Sannomiya, then take a taxi to SK Hotel. You can also take JR train from Sannomiya to Kobe.
Also, you can fly into Tokyo and take a train to Kobe (4-5 hours)
2) Information about registration process:
You can register now and pay later. You can pay with Visa, MasterCard, JCB, AMEX, Diners Club, Discover.
When you visit the registration site (below), just hit the red (Next) button first and fill out your personal info. You will get ID and password that you can use later.
Then you will be asked about LCJE membership. For those who are not yet members, please choose "I will ***" option and proceed. You can become a member later here https://www.lcje.net/join-lcje
There is a One-day registration fee, but we urge you to join the WHOLE conference. (To make the most out of your international travel expenses and time.)
When you register, you will receive a confirmation email from no-reply@amarys-jtb.jp.
3) Accommodations (Hotels)
If you would like to stay at the venue, you can reserve the room and pay on the registration site. (This part is handled by tour agency JTB.)
For your information, the venue, SK Hotel rooms are just a regular hotel room in Japan. Although the price is reasonable, the rooms do not match typical international tourist hotel room standards of size or amenities.
You can decide after checking all other options that are listed at the bottom of this page.
